Breakfast: 3 Egg whites w/ OJ Lunch: LowFat Chicken Noodle soup and salad from Panara Bread (and yes-I got the white french bread on the side and was GOOD) Dinner:
I'm just a 28 year old mom of 3 trying desperately to get my old body back. After being a cute little teenager with a size 0 body, a size 6 isn't my cup of tea. To lose just 15 pounds would be a glorious thing...and I would feel SO much better about myself. And I could wear all of my fabulous clothes again! Join me on my journey to losing 16 pounds. It doesn't sound like a lot-but when you are wearing it, it is.
