131.5

Same weight, yay. Probably because I had Chick Fil A yesterday. I got a salad with breaded chicken. YUM.

All I've had to day was a bowl of cereal and coffee...I have NO appetite. Yes-that's bad, I know. Maybe I'll have a LC or something.

131.5

I haven't forgotten about this blog. I've been eating really really good. I actually don't have much of an appetite either-especially for 'snacks'. Which is GREAT.

132

Finally. A break in the weight. Even if it's just 2 pounds. I know that since I've not been working out...or even moving...lately I'm not going to lose quickly. Honestly-I don't care. Far too much going on here to worry about it. Moving in 2 weeks...ugh. Stress.

Breakast: Cereal w/banana
Lunch: Lean Cuisine meal

I'm so over being sick. Feeling better today. I was introduced to the Neti Pot yesterday and WOW it works. Google it and then check out videos on YouTube. It's weird...and sort of feels like you are drowning. Haha.

Breakfast: Cereal and OJ
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini
Dinner: Green apple & chicken breast w/BBQ sauce (I know, weird combo)
Snack: Cereal <-- I can't help it, I'm in love.

132.5

That number was a lot of saying "NO" to myself yesterday. Especially when 10pm rolled around. I'm going to head to the store and use my coupon on some more Lean Cuisines (and there is a sale right now 5/$10).

Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oat w/skim milk and coffee
Lunch: Took the Lynx with the family to Uptown, so had to eat out. I got a tuna sandwich on a croissant w/ fat-free berry smoothie (SO yummy and filling).
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Sweet & Sour Chicken w/rice
Snack: Spicy Chex Mix and broccoli w/ dip

One cup of Yogi Detox Tea

Didn't gain, so that's good.

V-those are good tips. I think I've narrowed down my problem. I don't have tasty healthy food in the house, so I either don't eat all day (and then pig out at night because I'm starving) or I eat terrible meals.

I bought some low fat sour cream and fresh Dill and made a yummy dip for my carrots. I also bought some Lean Cuisine meals (which I *love*). I've got to start making better decisions food-wise, because exercise has gone out the window. And my treadmill is all packed up ready to move. (22 days left-WOO)

Breakfast: Iced Coffee from McDonalds (it's just SO good)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Mushroom Pizza w/juice
Snack: 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup carrots w/sour cream and dill dip
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli
Snack: Fat-Free Lemon Italian Ice

134

Ugh. I hate that number. I know why that number is there. And I'm not telling. All I can say is that a certain red-headed little girl will not be visiting this house anymore; especially at 1:30 am. Oy.

Breakfast: Just coffee (we are out of milk, so I can't have cereal)
Snack:
Lunch: Ramen Noodles
Snack: Brownie
Dinner: Organic Spinach and Mozzerella Ravioli

What's the point of writing down what I'm eating if I'm still eating crap?

133

I've got to say I was surprised to see that weight. We went for ice cream last night at around 7-but that was really the only 'bad' thing I had.

Yesterday all I ate was 3 onion rings, a few french fries and a huge chicken caeser salad at the Red Robin. LOVE that place!!!

At the party on Saturday I did pretty good. Had a teeny bit of chocolate cake, a lot of veggies. But the thing that was bad was the home-made eggrolls. DANG those things were GOOD. I think I had 4-5. Probably around 600 calories for one. Whoops.

Breakfast: Just coffee
Lunch: 2 Cups of raw broccoli and 1 cup of raw carrots with Dill dip
ONE oatmeal raisin cookie
Dinner: Evil Totino's Pizza Rolls

Didn't do Pilates today. I'll admit it....I'm bored to death of doing it. TELL me what I need to do that is NOT boring. Once our stupid digital cable on-demand works again I'm going to do their cardio stuff. FUN!! Dance Cardio!!!

134.5

It's my own fault, that weight. I PIGGED out last night. I was bored; C is away this weekend playing softball. I ate a *bit* more than I posted, but I'm too ashamed to. What a dork I am.

Breakfast: 2 bowls of Chocolate Chex Cereal w/skim (I have PMS...so the extra chocolate is needed and craved)
Lunch: 1 oatmeal cookie and some coffee (no wonder I have a belly ache)

I'll be pigging out tonight because I'm going to a party...and you know what? I don't care! This party happens once every 5-6 weeks and I always have a fabulous time-even though I feel like a pig the next morning. Actually, now that I think about it-I don't eat all that much. I'm too busy talking. :) HAHA

134

You know-at first I was happy to see that number. But after making the kids breakfast and really thinking about it, I was sad. 6 months ago that was my "Ok, stop eating NOW before you get any fatter" weight. Now it's a 'success'. Ick.

Day 2 with the Detox tea. Last night I felt somewhat lighter, but nothing too drastic. I'm hoping after drinking it this morning and then later tonight will do something. I have to add 3 spoonfulls of organic sugar to make it tasty, oh well.

I'm going to start a 'goal' of the day here, too....

Breakfast: Fiber One Raisin Bran cereal w/ Skim
Yogi Detox Tea w/organic sugar
Lunch: Ham and mustard sandwich on fiber bread and one oatmeal cookie (I wanted about 10)
Carrots w/fat free dressing
Yogi Detox Tea w/organic sugar
Dinner: A mish mash....seriously, I didn't sit down to eat it was all kinds of stuff. But I did NOT eat bacon, eggs and pancakes with the kids. :)

Abs and Thighs pilates

Today's Goal: DO NOT get back onto computer unless it's for a JOB or emergency. Let's see if I can go from now until after dinner without the computer. Oooohhhhh boy. This is a tough first goal! Update: I've done good...athough now I'm just plain bored, so I came back on. :)

Yogi's Detox Tea

I wanted to add that tonight I bought some Detoxifying tea. I'm currently drinking the first cup; hoping this will clean the CRAP out of my body. Snippet from http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/640909/yogi_detox_tea_purifying_never_tasted.html?page=2&cat=5

Before I went to make a cup, I read the back of the bag wrapper: "no harsh
laxatives or diuretics-mild enough to be used every day for up to 30 days."
Perfect! I brewed a cup and waited for it to cool down, then I drank the cup
down. A good hour went by before I had to make a bathroom run. It wasn't bad.
But I had a busy night of frequent bathroom runs after I drank a second cup, so
obviously something was happening.

The next day I brewed another cup, and the bathroom breaks continued. But the day after, all seemed back to normal, and I didn't have to use the bathroom as frequently anymore. I kept drinking it daily until I ran out of bags, which was about a week after the first night. And I noticed some significant changes. My body didn't make as many noises as it had before. I felt lighter in the stomach and my mind seemed clearer. My breathing seemed smoother, and I had more energy at night and stayed up later than usual. I felt like I had a clean slate for the first time in my entire life, and I loved the feeling.

Healthy Choices

Didn't step on the scale this morning--we were running VERY late. Had a lot to do, didn't even get breakfast. By the time 1pm rolled around I still hadn't had anything but an iced coffee. So instead of stopping at a fast food place-we went to the grocery store and I picked out some fresh pineapple and a organic (and fat free) smoothie. C got some organic chips and I ate only 3, go me! :) Just got home and grabbed some carrots instead of junk.

Breakfast: Iced Coffee
Lunch: Pinapples and smoothie
Dinner: Organic Mozzerella and Spinach Ravioli
1 Brownie, 2 oatmeal cookies....Hey! I baked today, gimme a break. lol

Butt and Thigh sculpting tonight.

I was very surprised to step on the scale this morning. Although the bedtime exercise was quite exhausting-I'm guessing it burned many calories. ;)

Breakfast: Fiber One Raisin Bran w/ Skim Milk
Lunch: Progresso Lite Veggie Soup w/corn
Dinner: Taco *fricken* salad and chips and salsa from On The Border

I swear, I should have a babysitter with me when I choose to eat. Oh, the good ole days. Eating a whole pizza and still staying a size 0.

*Hey reader(s): Please give me suggestions on food!!--ETA-Thanks V for the suggestions!! C doesn't like fish, so that's out (sadly). The calorie count on the organic chips are still so high. :( I guess I'll just have to give up my chips and salsa addiction. If I can cook chicken with the salsa that would be yummy. And I love raw veggies, so that's good.

That number makes me want to vomit. Last year around this time I was down to 125. I had 5 pounds left to lose and that was it. Then I got lazy. I stopped going for a run (it's the South-it get's hot) and I started eating at night again.

I gotta say, fitness is not my thing. It's just not, and I'll never pretend it is. I hate it. For me fitness is rock climbing and hiking. Even biking. Not running and yoga and pilates. I hate that stuff. But with the way our life is right now with 3 kids and 2 under 4-it's hard to go hiking, you know? We'll get there, and I'm hoping soon.

Eating right is hit or miss with me. We have been trying to eat organically again (last year we were around 75% organic-now maybe 1%). But it's just so expensive.

Breakfast: Fiber One Cereal w/Skim
Lunch: 6 Totino's Pizza Rolls

Just the beginning

I've been told that 85% of those that start a weight-loss blog are successful. I've done it once before and had lost around 10 pounds. Let's hope this works....again.

Breakfast: Fiber One Raisin Bran w/skim milk
Lunch: Tortilla Chips w/ Mango Salsa
Dinner: 3 Pieces of Pizza
Lots of water today.

Wow. I really screwed up today. I went to a friends house, so my options were limited. Better luck tomorrow.
