I've been told that 85% of those that start a weight-loss blog are successful. I've done it once before and had lost around 10 pounds. Let's hope this works....again.
Breakfast: Fiber One Raisin Bran w/skim milk
Lunch: Tortilla Chips w/ Mango Salsa
Dinner: 3 Pieces of Pizza
Lots of water today.
Wow. I really screwed up today. I went to a friends house, so my options were limited. Better luck tomorrow.

BTW, salsa-yes. Tortilla Chips-NO!!! But you should also have a big lunch that way when it comes to dinner your not that hungry. And you are eating more than that a day right???
PS Don't get down on yourself about the pizza thing. If you take everything bad away your just going to sabotage yourself. Everything in moderation :) You'll get it.
