You know how reading peoples blogs can inspire you? Fire you up for a new beginning? Well after reading Ms New Booty's blog I feel REALLY uninspired.
I don't know-I just hate exercising. I haaaaate it. And circumstances right now are not set that I can join a gym. And frankly I am plenty ok with that. But how in the world do you lose weight without working out? It just can't happen. Yea I can lose some weight with my diet. Of course. But then it's like...alright-I still got flab and I jiggle. I have no steady motivation whatsoever.
I'd rather get together with friends than go to the gym. I'd rather CLEAN for goodness sake.
UGH. And I'm at 133 which isn't all *too* bad. We have company this week so we've been out to eat more than usual.

You'll figure it out hun. You also have 1 more child than me and they are so close in age. I'm lucky right now bc Kevs sister watches Tommy for me for an hour and 15 mins on Mon and Weds am for free and he goes to preschool on Thurs. But there are days that go by and I don't get to go to the gym and it sucks. I feel like crap. I just try to eat proportionately on those days and do a little extra sweeping. When I had the treadmill I would go on it a couple times a day when I had the time and just amp up the pace bc I really didn't have too long to be on it. And buying a set of 8 or 10 lb weights is really a great investment too. When i'm cleaning or just watching TV i'll do set every so often to tone and it also gets your heart rate going. And the ONLY time I like working out is when i'm done, LOL. And watching the numbers go down on the scale. But it's not easy and don't let anyone tell you otherwise bc their lying.

If you go to Fitness.com the have a calorie counter and it tells you things like how many calories you burned sweeping or mopping. Even playing outside or getting frisky. You should check it out.
